UPDATE: At this time, there are currently no clothes that are available for purchase. If you are looking for something in particular, please let me know. I will do my best to find it for you! May 24, 2023.

I have some really pretty clothes for sale here! Some of these outfits are vintage and some of them are handmade.

I carefully select the vintage pieces and delicately wash them before listing them. Vintage clothing generally runs a little smaller than today's clothing. Please note that vintage clothing may have some imperfections/wear and tear as they have been previously loved. Any imperfections will be noted and priced accordingly.

Many pieces of the children's smocked clothing were made by S'leeney's. I hand smocked and sewed each of these pieces with great detail, love, and attention. You may request a custom-ordered outfit if you have something particular in mind. For instance, a smocked birthday dress or an Easter dress. Please contact me so that we can discuss details.

With proper care, these clothes can last for years.

Size Guide. Sizing Chart

How to Measure:

Bust: take the measurement across the fullest part of your bust and around your shoulder bades.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline slightly above the navel.

Hips: Measure at the fullest part of your hip and bottom, approximately 6-8" below the waist.

Skirt Length: Measure from your natural waistline.

* All measurements are in inches. This chart is for women's sizes.

Vintage Condition:

Mint: New with tags or original packaging. No flaws.

Excellent: No noticeable flaws. No tags or original packaging.

Very Good: May have minor yellowing/age and minor flaws.

Good: Visible signs of wear. Some yellowing/age and may have flaws. May have had repairs.

Care for Clothes:

I recommend hand washing the handmade and the vintage clothes in cold water with gentle soap and air drying them flat. This article has some great tips for stain removal.

To iron the smocked clothing, gently steam-iron over the smocked area without pressing down on it. Pressing down on the smocking will flatten it. I recommend steaming these clothes if you have a steamer.

Of course, you can always have your vintage clothing dry cleaned if you prefer.

My Smocking Process:

For a few details on how I make a smocked dress, you may go to: Our Smocking Process. The details are basically the same, no matter what I'm making (a bishop dress, a romper, or an a-line dress). The time that I spend smocking and sewing may be a bit different, but the process is basically the same.
